Products may be returned in cases of deficiency due to damage, misdelivery or other failure by our company.
Due to the nature of the product, purchased books may only be returned or canceled if faulty, e.g. with pages are out of order or missing.
Products may not be returned or exchanged if damaged or stained after delivery. Please also understand that a product’s color may look different in reality than on a picture viewed on a computer screen.
